The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the parking was easily available close to the entrance doors for no additional charge. The breakfast selections were presented well and tasted good.

Everything was great! We have no complaints. Location was great and it’s a nice, very clean hotel. Great breakfast each morning and kids loved the pool and hot tub. Some reviews mentioned the rooms being dark or trouble with the ac but our ac was ice cold through out our whole stay and the lights were just right, there’s even several lamps through out the room. We enjoyed having the balcony window open! We always try out different hotels each time we visit Galveston and I really think we have found our go to place! You just cannot beat the price for what you get and the location. The staff was also VERY sweet! While we were there they were also getting in lots of new furniture. If you’re like me and read lots of reviews, I hope you see this one! 10/10 recommend and already planning our next trip.

The room was very large. Loved the floor,no carpet because we spill alot. We appreciated having housekeeping,they made our bed every day and empty the trash cans. We only missed one day going to the pool because the temperature dropped,in the 7 days we were there. The view of the water was awesome from the balcony. We saw the beautiful sunrise and sunset,every day. It's very quiet and enjoyed coming back to the room and napping. Our vacation was to rested and relax,and that's what we done.

i have stayed here 3 times for my birthday in August. . I liked the location in west end, away from high traffic areas of the restaurants. room was large, comfortable plenty of room, king bed and sofa bed. bed was soft, bathroom and room were both clean. housekeeping was good. love that it is directly across from the beach. parking was great. free breakfast. overall the value and stay is pretty good. the staff was very nice and accommodating with 2 requests.

Love the location! The rooms are so spacious. I travel with family and a 9 month old, so space is everything to me and these rooms had all the space necessary plus more! Enough room for playpen and toys and a walker. Love the valcony looking out to the beach. The location was great for us, very quiet at night and is only a short drive to everything. The pool and hot tub were a plus. Lets not forget that the beds are extremely comfortable! Their breakfast was good, your normal hotel breakfast with enough choice for everyone. Rooms where clean and hotel in general was clean. Love the coffee station open 24/7 😁 definitely recommend and definitely coming back.

I have stayed at this particular Best Western several times. On previous visits, I had noticed the flooring in the elevators needed replacement. This trip I was pleased to see that the flooring was new and the overall appearance of the building had improved. One area that had undergone an improvement was the breakfast bar. There were many more food offerings and the general area was more organized. The front desk staff has always been helpful when needed I also love that the location is away from the center of town and directly across from the beach.
